Nokia Cell Phone Text Messenger Gets an Update

Today Nokia beta labs engineers released an update to the popular Windows Vista gadget called Nokia Text Messenger. This application allows you to see your SMS messages on Windows sidebar and reply to them without having to touch the handset. This update has the following fixes:

  • It can be installed on non-English operating systems.
  • If a device was connected in a non PC Suite compatible mode (i.e. MassStorage), it crashed the sidebar.

Don’t forget to restart your computer after installation according to instructions provided on the Nokia Text Messenger page.
